Personal Overview

Jason Martin is the dean of the Evans Library at Florida Tech. He holds an EdD in educational leadership from the University of Central Florida and an MLS and BA from the University of South Florida. Martin is the author of Library Leadership Your Way (2019) and the editor of Creating healthy library workplaces: Five factors that improve employee engagement and satisfaction (Firthcoming). He researches, publishes, and presents on leadership, organizational culture, mindfulness, emotional intelligence, productivity, and goal setting and achievement.
